Karina and Chris wanted to get married at their local boozer which by chance is the magnificent Paradise by Way of Kensal green. From the pubs title you can gather this is no ‘run of the mill’ pub. The Paradise is a beautiful and unique venue with its boho vibe. The shabby chic interiors with strong colour palletes , decorated with mismatching bohemian decor featuring religious icons, hanging lanterns, wall murals and rustic mirrors add to the curious ambience. Its a venue where I have photographed several weddings and I never tire of the space.

Lucy and Ant are both school teachers and planned their wedding for the beginning of the Christmas holiday, partly expecting frost and maybe even snow. But on the day the weather was glorious with balmy temperatures of 15 degrees, so no need for those fur coats!! Both the bride and groom prepared at The Rose and Crown Pub on Stoke Newington High Street. They made their way across the road to Stoke Newington Town Hall and the wedding began.

There was very little that was traditional about Laura-Jane and Jack's wedding. Both very much North Londoners, LJ and Jack were inspired by the music they love, the locality where they live, clubs and shops they frequent and the location of their first date!! So they both not only wanted to get married locally but to have photographs that reflected this part of the capital.
