Hannah and Dan's Islington Wedding
Hannah and Dan wanted the capital city to be a big part of their Springtime London Wedding. Events took place across three venues and all modes of transport were utilised by Hannah and Dan over their wedding day. Unusually the day started with an early morning swim in The Serpentine by Dan and his Ushers before breakfast. Meanwhile Hannah and her bridesmaids were getting ready just a short walk from St. Peter's Church in De Beauvoir North London. This beautiful gothic Victorian church was the first stop for the wedding service. The newly wed Bride and Groom were then whisked into a black London taxi to The Regents Canal to board a barge en route to The Duke of Cambridge Pub, for an amazing lunchtime reception. This handsome North London 'boozer' that sits on the corner of an Islington backstreet, was beautifully dressed with wildflowers and a host of decorations lovingly made by Hannah.
The last leg of the journey was aboard a red Route master London bus to the elegant Bloomsbury Ballroom for a knees up. This opulent art deco ballroom with its exquisite neo-classical façade and marble entrance halls was the perfect setting for a very London wedding. Fares Please !!
