A Dalston Wedding at Hackney Town Hall and The Roost

I have wanted to photograph a wedding at The Roost for a long time, so I was totally thrilled when Hafsah and David told me they had booked this amazing Dalston venue for their reception. A classic victorian pub that is now used for photoshoots and weddings. With its  array of funky furniture, vintage props and amazing backgrounds, the bride and groom transformed the space with their own personal touches and decorations.

The wedding ceremony took place earlier in the afternoon at the newly refurbished Hackney Town Hall with its glorious marble staircase. While the guests made their way to The Roost, I sneaked off with Hafsah and David for some London wedding photography Portraits around the backstreets of Hackney. Following drinks and singing, guests made their way upstairs for dinner and were treated to the most fabulous food. Cake cutting and then Party. What a glorious day.
