Orleans House Gallery Wedding Ceremony
Intimate London ceremony with a riverside reception in Richmond
I loved photographing Anna and Freddie’s wedding at the Orleans House Gallery in London. Their original plans for their wedding had to be changed due to London’s tier two rulings and they decided to scale down and continue with their date, downsizing the number of guests to just immediate family. There is something wonderful about small weddings and their day was beautifully intimate. The grand Orleans House Gallery, in southwest London never fails to disappoint and is a fantastic backdrop for photographs. Recently refurbished with an ornate colourful high ceiling, vast windows and chequerboard flooring - it is the perfect place to say ‘I do’.
Following the ceremony, the wedding party strolled along the Thames, taking a small ferry to cross the water and headed towards the Richmond Hill Hotel. The view at the top of Richmond Hill is breathtaking and worthy of stopping for some final photographs. It was a real privilege to be involved in Anna and Freddie’s celebrations. Here are a selection of photos from the day
